Ingredients

• 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1/4 Cup 2% Milk
• 2 TPS Lemon Juice 

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in container
2. Cover with a breathable lid
3. Let sid on counter over night
4. Stir
5. Cover with air tight container and refrigerate
6. Sour Cream will keep for about 2 weeks.
