Ingredients

• 2 Ounces Fresh Grated Ginger Root
• 4 Ounces Lemon Juice 
• 6 Ounces Agave Syrup 
• 1/8 tsp Yeast 
• 20 Ounces non-chlorinated water 

Instructions

• Mix all ingredients into a jar
• Seal lid on jar and leave at room temperature for 48 hours
• Keep jars in regenerator
• Will keep for 1 month
